Registrants are responsible for maintaining their contact information with the COTBC.

Please promptly notify the college of any changes to your name, home address, business address, or business phone number.

Registrants are also required to notify the college about employment changes and provide the COTBC with business contact information. If you are currently seeking employment, it is your responsibility to provide the business contact information once employment has been secured.

The College is required under the Health Professions Act (HPA) to maintain a public register. Your name, registration status and business contact information may be provided upon request.

Changes must be made in writing and submitted to the college by mail, email, or fax.
