College Documents
The COTBC produces official documents about the regulation of the practice of occupational therapists in B.C. These documents help registrants understand the expectations for professional practice (such as the Essential Competencies of Practice for Occupational Therapists) and ethical conduct (Code of Ethics), and also describe how the COTBC board meets its mandate (Occupational Therapists Regulation, COTBC Bylaws).
Registrants receive these documents in a Registrant Information and Resources Manual. If you have not received this manual, hard copies can be obtained by contacting the college. The documents are also available below as PDFs.
