The COTBC's mandate is to serve and protect the public by enhancing the quality of occupational therapy in B.C.

The College

  • establishes standards of practice and conduct;
  • enhances quality assurance;
  • monitors quality of practice and continuing competence;
  • improves competence of occupational therapists; and
  • investigates complaints and enforces standards.
