Health Professions Act The COTBC was established under B.C.'s Health Professions Act. This law defines the duties of the college and its board and committees.

	Occupational Therapists Regulation The Occupational Therapists Regulation identifies the scope and limitations of occupational therapy practice and reserves the title of Occupational Therapist for registered members of the college.

	COTBC Bylaws The COTBC Bylaws govern the operation of the college. The bylaws include practice standards and the code of ethics governing occupational therapy practice in B.C.

	COTBC Board of Directors The COTBC Board of Directors leads the college and oversees all aspects of operations.

	COTBC Committees Under the direction of the board, there are various committees working on specific college directives.
