Welcome to the College of Occupational Therapists of British Columbia (COTBC)
The COTBC is the governing body responsible for regulating the practice of occupational therapy in B.C. All occupational therapists who practice in B.C. must be registered members of the college. It is illegal to use the title "occupational therapist" without registration in the college.The college operates under B.C.'s Health Professions Act and the Occupational Therapists Regulation. It is responsible for ensuring the safe, ethical, and competent practice of occupational therapy in B.C.
