In October 2009, the COTBC approved the adoption of a Key Features Case Based Assessment for the second component on the Continuing Competence Program. In this podcast, Dr. Glover Takahashi explains the context driving more rigorous assessment of competence and the process taken by the Continuing Competence Committee in making the recommendation.
As part of the session, each member of the Continuing Competence Committee shared their thoughts on the process and the decision.
